  • To secure your reservation with Kerala Houseboats, we require a non-refundable advance payment of 30% of the total booking amount at the time of booking confirmation.<\/li>\n
  • The remaining balance of the booking amount must be paid in full before the commencement of your scheduled trip.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • Cancellations made more than one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled booking date will incur a cancellation fee of 2% of the total booking amount.<\/li>\n
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within one week (7 days) of the scheduled booking date.<\/li>\n
    • It is important to notify us of any cancellations as soon as possible to allow us to make necessary arrangements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          • Failure to arrive for the scheduled booking without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking amount.
